This includes:

• Testing of drugs that can influence male and female fertility.
• Development of the methods of administration of contraceptive drugs that can improve the bioavailability of the drug.
• Development of technology that can determine more effectively the fertility period.
• Development of methods that are easily useable for the detection of reproductive hormones.
• Isolation and identification of specific antigens unique to the reproductive system which could be utilized for antifertility vaccine development.
• Several of the assays provided to government contracts are also available for commercial customers, for example, chemical manufacturers. A list of the available assays appears on the Contract Services page.
